Standard Shipping

• Flat rate: $5.99 (Free for orders over $50)
• Tracking number provided

Express Shipping

• Delivery time: 3-7 business days
• Flat rate: $14.99
• Priority handling + real-time tracking

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have extended delivery times or additional charges. During checkout, our system will automatically calculate available shipping options for your destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your LUMIÈRE Tiara account.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office. LUMIÈRE Tiara has no control over these fees.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the delicate nature of our hair accessories, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. For security reasons, we require a physical address for all deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service within 14 days of shipment. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or refund.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-January), please allow additional processing and delivery time. We'll announce specific holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media channels.
