Refund Eligibility

At LUMIÈRE Tiara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair accessories purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refund

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or order confirmation
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective hair accessory:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item
  • We will arrange for a free return shipping label if applicable
  • You may choose between a replacement or full refund

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
